Here goes:
- Measure a cup of already made asian pancake flour with a measuring cup.
- Mix flour with 3/4 cup of water in a medium size bowl - mix well.
- Chop 1 cup worth of green cabbage.
- Mix the cabbage with the flour mix.
- Ready any seafood and/or meat of desired. Thaw them if necessary.
- Sauteed the seafood and/meat in a pan with 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil till half cooked.
- Add the cabbage & flour mix on top of the meat in the pan with a low temperature. Use lid to cover the pan for 5 minutes until the pancake is completely cooked.
- Place the pancake to a flat plate and begin adding the Japanese mayonnaise and the Okonomiyaki sauce all over the surface.
- ENJOY for 2 servings.
