One of my favorite Indonesian dish that my Aunt had taught me over my college days was
Terik Daging
. I was lucky that I had most of the ingredients on my kitchen cabinet, so here goes.
My version:
1 lbs beef (thinly sliced)
3 tbs Kokita Bumbu C
3 Indian Bay leaves
20 grams of palm sugar
1 cup of coconut milk
1 cup of water
Pinch of salt
Yum yum yum..
