Tarte LipSurgence Natural Lip Tint

I am very picky when it comes to lip products because I have a dry sensitive lip.  But this Tarte LipSurgence Natural Lip Tint is probably by far the most moisturizing lip product I ever tried before.  I bought these babies in a set a while ago but they are also sold individually in Sephora or any other beauty stores that carry Tarte products.

What I wanted to show you on this review are the how packaging looks like and how does the color pigment applied to the skin.

I am not too thrilled with the packaging since it is more towards the bulkier side rather than not. I usually keep this lip tint in my vanity drawers and use it when I am getting ready at home – I do not carry this around with my in my purse since it does takes a lot of space.



Also, the cap is not as sturdy as I hoped for. Out of the five bullets, the three of them have cracks on the side already. Not something you would expect coming from a $24 USD a pop.



In terms of colors, they have a good variation of color within the LipSurgence product line. For this set specifically, Perky is my favorite color as it is a light pink with cooler undertone. It’s a bit sheer but enough to see the color comes through the lip. I always get complement whenever I use this one. I used the others sparingly as it has glitters – something more suitable on a more fancier occasions. But then again, it is the “holiday set” so I should have expected this.

I am not very technical, but in general I agreed that the product is very moisturizing and never interfere with my dry sensitive lip. If you can get passed the packaging issue, go a head and pick up one to try.
