What you need
- 1 pack of regular dried yellow egg noodle
- 1/4 lbs of beef - chopped to small and thin pieces
- 1/2 onion - chopped finely
- 2 garlic - chopped finely
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 yellow pepper - chopped thin and long
- handful of green peas
- 2 tbsp of sweet soy sauce
- 2 cube of Maggie beef stock mixed in 1/2 cup of hot water
What you do
- Boil noodles for 1-2 minutes and then drain
- Heat a large wok with oil then stir fry the onion and garlic until slightly brown
- Add beef to the wok and keep stirring for 2 minutes
- Add beef stock to the wok and let it cook until the water is half way gone
- Add soy sauce, yellow pepper and green peas and keep stirring to boil
- Add noodles and sitr everything together - mix well until there's no more liquid
- Remove from heat and ready to serve
